Which data are processed and why:
a. Personal data, fiscal data and contact data for the formalities connected to the event, such as registration or registration to the EMSO Time Series Conference 2021, as well as the treatments connected to the web services of this site as well as the completion of the recognition and validation procedures of possible training credits.
b. Credit card data or other information on payment methods, aimed at making hotel reservations, if required. These data may be disclosed to third parties (e.g. hotels) for the purposes strictly connected to contractual obligations and to guarantee the reservation.
c. With your express consent, Meeting Planner S.R.L may request personal and contact data, aimed at sending information, promotions, commercial communications and updates on activities, events and initiatives.
All data is collected as necessary to provide the service requested by data subjects. Refusal to provide data makes it impossible to obtain one or more of the requested services.
All data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the activities of the EMSO Time Series Conference 2021, for the consequent operations (for example reporting and press review needs), as well as verification, research and analysis activities in order to manage, protect and improve their services. And never in any case more than 10 years from the last tax compliance.
How are the data processed?
Personal data are processed, only within the European Union, with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The updated list of subjects to whom any communications of personal data can be made is made available by the Data Controllers at the request of data subjects. The data will never be disclosed except for purposes strictly connected to the execution of the contract and authorized by the data subject.

For the processing of your data, data subjects have a series of rights guaranteed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, such as:
• to access their personal data (once confirmed that their data are being processed by the controller);
• to obtain the correction and integration of their personal data;
• to obtain the cancellation of their data;
• to obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data in the presence of certain conditions;
• to receive the personal data provided to the controller in a structured and commonly used format, and to transmit them to a different controller;
• to object to the processing of personal data if there are reasons connected to your personal situation;
